Where are your datacenters located?
Our primary region is Tehran with full redundancy, and we operate an EU egress region in Frankfurt for international traffic. Both run Tier-3 facilities with multi-homed networking.
Do you accept payments in Rial?
Yes. We bill in Iranian Rial natively, and also offer Euro billing for our Frankfurt region. There is no requirement to use foreign-currency channels.
What is the actual SLA, and what happens when you miss it?
99.99% per month. Every minute below the SLA generates an automatic service credit visible in your dashboard — no need to file a ticket to claim it.
Can I migrate existing workloads from AWS or DigitalOcean?
