Answers, before you ask.
Is Finbok DATEV-compatible?
Yes. One-click DATEV export of every booking, including SKR03/SKR04 charts of accounts. Steuerberater can hand a clean export to their existing workflow at year-end.
Is it GoBD-compliant?
Yes. Bookings are immutable, every change creates a corrective entry with audit trail, and the export procedure meets GoBD documentation requirements.
Can it handle e-Rechnung (XRechnung / ZUGFeRD)?
Yes. Outbound invoices can be issued as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD by default, and inbound e-invoices are parsed and posted automatically.
Where is the data hosted?
Frankfurt, Germany. Hosting is on infrastructure subject to German data-protection law, and a signed DPA is available in the customer portal.
Is there a multi-client portal for tax advisors?
Yes. Steuerberater can manage all client books from one login, with role-based access, per-client billing and shared chart-of-accounts templates.
